Kj Impact 2nd Annual Coaches Symposium
We are honored to invite you to the 2nd Annual Coaching Symposium & Youth Summit, hosted by the Kerryon Johnson Impact Foundation, taking place May 30–31, 2025, at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
This year’s theme, “Coaching and Managing the 21st Century Athlete,” focuses on equipping today’s coaches, educators, and mentors with the tools to develop not only athletic performance, but also the character, leadership, and resilience needed to guide young people in a changing world.
At KJIMPACT, we understand the power of mentorship—and we’re committed to ensuring that every youth advocate, coach, and changemaker is empowered to lead with lasting impact. As our founder, Kerryon Johnson, shared:
“This event is deeply personal to me. I know firsthand the impact a coach or mentor can have—not just on performance, but on purpose. This symposium isn’t just about building better athletes—it’s about shaping well-rounded leaders for life.”
Over the course of two days, attendees will engage in hands-on workshops, powerful panel discussions, and strategic networking opportunities that reflect the evolving needs of today’s student-athletes—from performance pressure and mental health to compliance, branding, and beyond.
As Kerry Johnson, Vice President of the Foundation, noted:
“We created this event to be a catalyst for education, empowerment, and elevation. We’re bringing together experts, game-changers, and passionate leaders who care deeply about youth development. Our goal is to give attendees tools they can use immediately—whether they’re on the sidelines, in classrooms, or leading community programs.”
